- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Fields,
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive, hydraulics industries etc.
- Eligible to work in military projects,
- Willing and able to travel frequently domestically and internationally,
- Very good English skills.

- Accurate and effective audits of finished products at manufacturers sites,
- To ensure and manage built-in quality for new project parts production processes at suppliers,
- Perform periodic reviews to evaluate results and establish action plans to close the gaps at an operational level,
- Assess implementation of quality control plans at supplier,
- Establish incoming goods quality inspection methodologies, tools and procedur,
- Create necessary documentation formats for parts quality inspection standards, process quality control,
- Recommend technologies, methods, tools and procedures on the fields of quality assurance,
- Oversee the production at supplier in order to guarantee the quality of the products are compliant with company standards,
- Establish, Manage and improve the quality control processes,
- Provide support to the Supply Chain Management organization relative to Supplier Quality activities of the operation as well as provide Quality interface, expertise and support to the organization’s suppliers and partners. This includes the feedback of supplier performance to suppliers and the division,
- Good knowledge of problem solving and root cause analysis methods.
